Hadirnya movie ini sebagai tanda perpisahan dari Kishimoto Masashi sebagai pencipta komik Naruto dengan penggemarnya. Masashi akan bertanggung jawab penuh dengan Movie Nartuo The last ini. Baik dari desain karakter, latar cerita atau yang lainnya.

Naruto The Movie: The Last rencananya akan rilis pada tanggal 6 Desember 2014 tapi itu di (Japan). Sedangkan untuk versi downloads-nya masih belum di ketahui kapan akan ada filenya yang bisa di downloads. Pada Movie ini, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi dan yang lainnya akan memiliki tampilan yang berbeda dari biasanya. Desain tampilan karakter ini bisa kalian lihat digoogle atau pada trailer yang telah resmi dirilis.

The Last: Naruto the Movie 10 adalah film Naruto kesepuluh secara keseluruhan dan film Naruto Shippuden ketujuh, dibuat untuk memperingati ulang tahun ke-15 dari waralaba. Ini juga merupakan entri pertama di Awal Proyek Era Baru (新 時代 開幕 プ ロ ジ ェ ク ト Shinjidai Kaimaku Purojekuto?), Dan film pertama yang menjadi bagian resmi dari alur cerita canon Naruto, mengatur selama timeskip yang terjadi antara dua terakhir bab dari manga. Sinopsis The Last Naruto Movie

Dua tahun setelah peristiwa Perang Ninja Keempat Besar, bulan yang Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki dibuat lama untuk menutup diri Patung Gedo mulai turun ke arah dunia, mengancam untuk menjadi meteor yang akan menghancurkan segala sesuatu pada dampak. Krisis ini disebabkan oleh Toneri Ōtsutsuki, keturunan terakhir dari hidup saudara kembar Hagoromo di Hamura yang keluarganya tinggal di bulan sejak pembentukannya. Di tengah-tengah kekacauan, Toneri mencoba untuk menculik Hinata Hyuga tetapi akhirnya menculik adiknya Hanabi. Naruto dan sekutu-sekutunya sekarang me-mount misi penyelamatan sebelum menemukan diri mereka terlibat dalam pertempuran akhir untuk menentukan nasib dari segala sesuatu.
